چکیده
The distribution of binding agents (i.e., soil organic carbon (SOC) and glomalin-related protein (GRSP)) in aggregates was influenced by many factors, such as plant characteristics properties. However, how these factors affect aggregate stability along a climatic gradient remained unclear. We selected the Robinia pseudoacacia L. forests from semi-arid to semi-humid Loess Plateau, China analyze biomass, physical-chemical properties, SOC GRSP different sized aggregates. found that forests: (1) proportion macro-aggregates (>0.250 mm) significantly increased (P<0.05), whereas those micro-aggregates (0.250–0.053 fine materials (<0.053 decreased increased; (2) contents increased, decreased; (3) contribution greater than total easily extractable GRSP; (4) properties had influence on biomass; (5) enhanced increasing property important part during this process. Climate change is factor for structure formation because its positive effect

متن کاملSymbiosis of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Robinia pseudoacacia L. Improves Root Tensile Strength and Soil Aggregate Stability
Robinia pseudoacacia L. (black locust) is a widely planted tree species on Loess Plateau for revegetation. Due to its symbiosis forming capability with arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi, we explored the influence of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on plant biomass, root morphology, root tensile strength and soil aggregate stability in a pot experiment. We inoculated R. pseudoacacia with/without AM...
متن کاملBacterial Community Responses to Soils along a Latitudinal and Vegetation Gradient on the Loess Plateau, China
Soil bacterial communities play an important role in nutrient recycling and storage in terrestrial ecosystems. Loess soils are one of the most important soil resources for maintaining the stability of vegetation ecosystems and are mainly distributed in northwest China. Estimating the distributions and affecting factors of soil bacterial communities associated with various types of vegetation wi...
متن کاملThe Dynamic Trend of Soil Water Content in Artificial Forests on the Loess Plateau, China
Extensive vegetation restoration projects have been widely implemented on the Loess Plateau, China, since 1998. In addition, increasing attention has been paid to the influence of revegetation on soil water. However, the response of the soil water content (SWC) to vegetation construction and management has not been adequately studied. In this study, three types of typical artificial vegetation ...
متن کاملDetermination of Agricultural Sulfur Effects on the Soil Structure Using Fractal Geometery and Aggregate Stability Indices
Due to unsuitable soil physical conditions, calcareous soils, and the existence of a huge amount of sulfur in the country, the study of sulfur effects on the soil structure and other soil properties is necessary. Therefore, the effects of different rates of sulfur including: 0, 750, 1500 and 3000 kg/ha, when accompanied by Halothiobacillus neapolitanus bacteria, on the soil properties in the co...
